Your Registered Office Address

Use one of our prestigious Cambridge or London addresses as your Registered Office address.

Every UK company must have a registered office in the country in which it is registered, as all communications and notices from HM Revenue and Customs and Companies House will be sent to this address. Our registered office facility includes forwarding any official mail received from HM Revenue and Customs and Companies House.

Directors service address

Directors, Partners of LLP’s, Company Secretaries, and People with Significant Control are required to have a service address at which they will receive official communications and legal documents, including mail from Companies House and HM Revenue and Customs. The service address can be the same as the residential address but remember, the address will be on public record at Companies House.

Should you prefer to keep your residential address private or if you would like a UK service address, 1st Choice Incorporations’ service address facility is ideal for you. Any official correspondence received by us will be scanned and emailed to you on the same day it is received and if required, the original will be forwarded to you at any UK address you choose.

Our office addresses are:

Canary Wharf, London:

44/45 Beaufort Court, Admirals Way, London E14 9XL

Cambridge:

9 Caxton House, Broad Street, Cambridge CB23 6JN

Virtual office service

Our prestigious addresses can be used as a mail forwarding address where your company can receive both official and other mail.
