Do I need a service address?

All company officers require a service address, however, this can be anywhere in the world. This address also does not have to be the same as the registered office.

Can I use this for a company?

Will my post be forwarded to me?

All statutory post received will be scanned and emailed to you. If you would like your post to be posted to your address, you may be interested in our Mail Forwarding service which will also allow you to receive non-statutory business letters and have mail forwarded at cost.

Unlike a registered office, a service address has no geographical restraints and therefore, any officer of a UK company can use this address as their service address.

Is the post stored?

Once you register for our service, we will contact you to discuss whether you would like the hard copies of your post to be stored for you, sent to you for storage or securely destroyed. Electronic copies will be maintained.

What do I need to provide to use this service?

To use our address, we will required photographic ID and proof of residential address from all directors, beneficial owners, and if not already named, the person making the order. A member of our friendly team will contact you regarding the required ID and the additional one-off payment for the verification checks once you have paid for our service(s). If you cannot or chose not to provide valid and sufficient ID, you will be unable to use our services.
