Support Services
VAT Registration
If sales for your business are going to exceed £85,000 then it will have to be VAT registered. We can do it for you.
Accounting services, VAT and Corporation Tax
Your company will have to register for and pay UK corporation tax on any profits it makes. Value-Added-Tax (VAT) returns need to be prepared and submitted to HM Revenue and Customs. Every year annual accounts need preparing and submitting to the Registrar at Companies House.
Working with our partners, you’ll have an accountant available to speak to at any time if you wish (you can use their service for a monthly fee).
Documents Legalised and Apostilled
We will arrange for company documents to be legalised and apostilled.
Intellectual Property
Trademarks, Patents, Designs and Copyright. Contact us and we will arrange a FREE consultation.
“Very impressive service from start to finish. Everything was completed quickly with documents arriving within three working days. Companies House registration was done right away. The price is very reasonable and they really go the extra mile to help you. Highly recommended.”
