A registered office address is a legal requirement for all companies and must be situated in the country that the company is registered. This address is where any correspondence for the company will be sent. For example, letters from Companies House, HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC). Official and legal documents will be served at this address.
The directors’ service address is where documents sent to you in your position as director of the company will be delivered. The address will be made public on the Companies House website. Many people operating their company from their residential address opt to use a director’s service address facility which provides an alternative address.
1st Choice Incorporations can provide you with a choice of two prestigious addresses which can be used for your registered office and/or your director’s service address:
9 Caxton House, Broad Street, Cambridge CB23 6JN

Prices (excluding VAT):

Service Address: Cambridge £59, London £89 (both prices per annum, includes two Directors or officers of the company)
Any correspondence received will be scanned and emailed to you on the day it arrives. At your request, these can be forwarded to you at a selected UK address.
